From "Rattle and Hum", this is a cover of a Bob Dylan song. It was also sung by Jimi Hendrix. In the movie "Rattle and Hum", Bono can be seen spray painting "Stop the Traffic - Rock and Roll" on a fountain, defying an anti-graffiti law in San Francisco. Bill Graham, the band's promoter, had the graffiti removed after the concert and Bono was not fined.
