Dachshunds have been nicknamed "sausage dogs" due to their long round bodies. They are generally considered to be lively and intelligent pets but require lots of constant attention!

Snoopy is a white dog with black ears, whereas Beagles are mostly commonly tri-colored with black, tan and white on their face, back and tails. Incidentally the first time Snoopy was referenced as being a Beagle in the comic strip, he denied it! But he went on to accept his breed even serving for a while as "Head Beagle," the dog apparently in charge of all other dogs in the world.
