Question 1 of 10
1. I'm a creation of Cyberdyne Industries on a one track mission to locate and destroy the mother of John Connor. I tell the cop on the front desk that I need to see Sarah Connor as she's a friend of mine, and after being told I'll have to wait to see her I say the line that is probably more famous than me now: "I'll be back." Which film am I in? Hint

Question 2 of 10
2. So I'm watching a horror film with my friends, at a house party my mate Stu is throwing after a spate of murders in the area, and I discover that none of them know the "rules" for surviving horror movies. Being a movie buff I fill them in by quoting my favorite rule which goes like this: "And number three: never, ever, ever under any circumstances say, 'I'll be right back.' Because you won't be back."? Which scary movie am I in? Hint

Question 3 of 10
3. You know what it's like, your father went through a lot to get you a family watch that has gone through more than any time piece should, then your imbecilic girlfriend forgets the very thing you asked her to get! Fine. Although a very upset Marsellus Wallace is after me for not throwing a fight, I go and get it myself. My girlfriend looks upset so I tell her, "I'll be back before you can say blueberry pie." Fabienne replies, "Blueberry pie." I reply, "Maybe not that fast.". What Quentin Tarantino film am I in? Hint

Question 4 of 10
4. My name is Count Almásy and although I'm Hungarian, the title of this film has me as a completely different nationality! Badly burned in a plane crash, I'm tended to by a shell-shocked nurse and I keep having flashbacks. I did say to my lover, "I promise, I'll come back for you. I promise, I'll never leave you."
What film, directed by Anthony Minghella, am I in?
Hint

Question 5 of 10
5. Being the first Irishman to play James Bond, I suppose it was my national luck which put me back in the path of one of the few women who got too close to me. Even though I'm supposed to be using this as a way to get close to her husband, Elliot Carver (a megalomaniac media madman, intent on starting international war to increase his media global power), I think I may still have feelings for her. I'm not sure she feels the same way though, as we have our first run-in since I left her and she slaps me! I ask her, "Was it something I said?"
Paris Carver replies, "How about the words, "I'll be right back"?
Which outing for Bond am I in?
Hint

Question 6 of 10
6. Although my heterosexual life partner and I may not be the sharpest tools in the box, I have been known to utter some fantastic lines from time to time. My personal favorite is: "Hey, I guess they're right. Senior citizens, although slow and dangerous behind the wheel, can still serve a purpose. I'll be right back. Don't you go dying on me!" In what film do I come out with this hilarious quote? Hint

Question 7 of 10
7. Hi. My name's Gertie. In this film, I'm played by a very popular actress although she was very young when this film came out! We had this funny thing in the house that my brother Elliot brought home. I'd just discovered it could talk, but my mama didn't understand. She says to me, " Gertie, I have to go pick up Elliot. Will you be a good girl and stay..." to which I reply, "Mama, he can talk!" My mama, thinking I mean Elliot, says, "Of course he can talk. I'll be right back in 10 minutes. Stay there." She's so silly, I don't mean Elliot, I mean... who?
Hint

Question 8 of 10
8. Some people never catch a break. Take me for example. Framed for killing loads of civilians when really it was a faked mock-up, and instead of going to jail they put me in this game show where I have to fight for my life while people bet on me! Sounds ok but no-one's ever survived, contrary to what the show's producers tell the public. Before I go I manage some last words of supreme wisdom: "Killian, I'll Be Back!" What film am I in? Hint

Question 9 of 10
9. Hi, I'm Frank Lucas. I'm just your atypical heroin kingpin looking to make his way in the 1970s after my boss Bumpy Johnson got "bumped off", and some do-gooder detective tries to bring me down! This film is based on real life and for a while I really was one of the biggest distributors of heroin in the USA. Like I always like to say, "The most important thing in business is honesty, integrity, hard work, family, never forgetting where we came from. See, you are what you are in this world, that's either one of two things: Either you're somebody... or you're nobody. I'll be right back." What film was made about me? Hint

Question 10 of 10
10. I work for a reputable courier/delivery company and I may have OCD when it comes to timekeeping - apparently everything revolves around the clock and nothing else matters. I utter the immortal line "I'll be right back" to my dearest beloved, before I set out on a harmless plane trip. What could possibly go wrong? At the very least I make a new friend called "Wilson" (although he has got a quiet and inflated personality). What film am I in? Hint

Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts

Answer: The Terminator

This quote is from "The Terminator", which sees Arnie sent back from the future to kill Sarah Connor, the future mother of rebel leader John Connor. After uttering the famous line Arnie does indeed come back, in a car, right through the front door! Although most remembered for its use in the "Terminator" series of films, Arnie has been using it in movies before and since, notably:
"Commando" (1985) - "I'll be back, Bennett!"
"Raw Deal" (1986) - "I'll be right back."
"Last Action Hero" (1993) - "I'll be back.... Ha! Bet you didn't expect me to say that!"

Answer: Scream

This quote is given to us courtesy of the character Randy, while at Stu's house party. My favorite piece of trivia for "Scream" is that to make sure Drew Barrymore looked genuinely scared and upset, the director Wes Craven kept telling her real life stories about animal cruelty. She's an avid animal lover in real life.

Answer: Pulp Fiction

This quote is from "Pulp Fiction". In the film, Christopher Walken explains to a young Butch what his forefathers had to go through to get the watch back which involved his father putting the watch in an unconventional hiding place, among much else. A very upset Butch now has to risk going back to his house while a bunch of gun-toting gangsters are after him! Against the odds, Butch does make it back, with a chopper no less (cheers Zed!).
4. My name is Count Almásy and although I'm Hungarian, the title of this film has me as a completely different nationality! Badly burned in a plane crash, I'm tended to by a shell-shocked nurse and I keep having flashbacks. I did say to my lover, "I promise, I'll come back for you. I promise, I'll never leave you." What film, directed by Anthony Minghella, am I in?

Answer: The English Patient

Ralph Fiennes plays the title role in "The English Patient", which won an incredible nine oscars, and was nominated for three others. A fantastic achievement! Ralph plays the Count, a man who loses his memory in a plane crash but keeps having flashbacks of his former life, notably one with his love interest Katharine Clifton, played by Kristin Scott Thomas.
I ask her, "Was it something I said?" Paris Carver replies, "How about the words, "I'll be right back"? Which outing for Bond am I in?

Answer: Tomorrow Never Dies

"Tomorrow Never Dies" sees Bond played by Pierce Brosnan (Irish). Bond admits Paris got too close for comfort, in a bedroom scene, later on. Elliot Carver (the super-villain for this particular outing) tries to get China and the U.S into an all-out war after staging a skirmish on Chinese territories to expand his global media presence.
"Dr. No" was Sean Connery's (Scottish) first outing as the smooth spy.
"On Her Majesty's Secret Service" was George Lazenby's (Australian) horrible attempt.
"The Living Daylights" featured Timothy Dalton (Welsh).

Answer: Dumb and Dumber

This quote is taken from "Dumb and Dumber", my all-time favorite buddy movie. The film sees Lloyd Christmas, played by Jim Carrey, and his equally moronic friend Harry trying to return a brief case to a limo passenger of Lloyd's named Mary. This scene is where Lloyd needs change to get a paper and asks a sweet little old lady to watch his stuff while he goes in "to break a dollar".

After this quote though, she robs him! Funny stuff.
7. Stay there." She's so silly, I don't mean Elliot, I mean... who?

Answer: E.T.: The Extra Terrestrial

E.T. learns to talk in the movie by copying Gertie watching "Sesame Street"! Gertie was played by the now very famous Drew Barrymore at the tender age of just seven years old. And would you believe Drew never finished high school? Shows what you can do when you have Steven Spielberg as a Godfather!

Answer: The Running Man

Arnie plays Ben Richards, who is set up and forced to fight for his life in "The Running Man" game show hosted by Damon Killian. True to his word (as always!) Richards does indeed come back. The film is loosely based on a novel written by Stephen King that he wrote under the assumed name of Richard Bachman. He wrote the story in 72 hours.

Answer: American Gangster

This film saw Denzel Washington in the lead role with Russell Crowe as the maverick detective hell-bent on bringing him down. Real buffs will remember the original theatrical trailer which had the above quote playing in the background. In the film, he says the line while talking in a diner to his young protégés and followers. Frank Lucas was born in 1930 in North Carolina and operated in Harlem in the late 1960s - 1970s.

He managed his business so well by cutting out the "middle-men" of drug trafficking, thus enhancing profits.

Answer: Cast Away

Tom Hanks leads in this film. "I'll be right back" is what he says to his wife but, as you can guess, the plane crashes and Tom is stranded on a desert Island. Wilson is the name of the ball that Tom Hanks finds and names.
Mr Wilson appeared in "Dennis the Menace" cartoons, comics and film alike. In "Pulp Fiction", Butch has to throw a fight against Wilson and in "The Rocker", the character of Fish was played by Rainn Wilson (such a cool name!)
