3. Which National Football League team, coached by Paul Brown, drafted John in the seventh round in 1962?

Answer: 17

John Havlicek became famous for his number 17 uniform. Not many other NBA players wore this number, and Havlicek made it special. In college, Havlicek wore uniform number 5, but he switched to 17 while with the Celtics. Sam Jones wore number 24 for Boston.

When Havlicek joined the Boston Celtics as a rookie in 1962, the team was already loaded with talented players such as Bill Russell, Bob Cousy, and Sam Jones. Boston was attempting to protect a 110-109 lead with only seconds remaining in the contest.

As Philadelphia's Hal Greer inbounded a pass, Most announced in his "sandpaper and gravel" voice, "Havlicek steals it! Over to Sam Jones! Havlicek stole the ball!"

Answer: 8
