5.1 "Living with Disaster" Trivia Quiz

Answer: Amanda Woodward

The episode opened up with Amanda speaking, to a detective for the Los Angeles Police Department, and he informed her that the man she married was not the real Peter Burns and he was using an alias. Amanda could not believe it but the FBI agent convinced her that he was telling her the truth. Amanda married Peter so she would not have to testify against him in court. Since she did not marry the real Peter Burns, she would have to testify against him.

For season five, "Melrose Place" got many additions to the show and many new characters showed up. The ones who debuted, in this episode, were Kyle McBride and Taylor McBride. Craig Field, Jennifer Mancini, and Megan Lewis, three more additions to the show, did not show up until later on in season five.

The opening credits rolled and Allison heard a knock at her door. It was Billy and he told her he got her message about how she could not meet him, the night before, since she got a headache. Allison asked Billy if they could talk about it, later, and Billy did not wish to talk about it later and he blasted Allison for making him wait.

They agreed to meet, that night, at seven o'clock p.m. and Allison promised Billy she would meet him.

Amanda went to the Los Angeles Police Department to talk to one of the detectives about Peter (for more, see "Interesting Info" from question one). The detective told Amanda that the Peter she knew and married was named Peter Howell and he had married a woman named Elizabeth Davis back in Kansas City.

It was revealed that Elizabeth Davis was killed and Peter was charged with her murder. Peter skipped town to avoid being prosecuted.

Jane was terrified that Richard might still be alive so she decided to go to work and hopefully that would keep her mind off of him. She entered her office and found someone sitting in her chair. She thought it was Richard but it turned out to be Billy and he told Jane he was also looking for Richard. Billy told Jane that Richard was supposed to help him with a campaign.

Answer: Matt Fielding

In Michael's first scene, he was seen at Kimberly's bedside (Kimberly was seriously injured near the end of season four) and Matt came in to see Michael. He told Michael to go him and that he would watch Kimberly for him. Michael said he would not leave Kimberly's side but he asked Matt to get him some clothes. Matt told Michael he would go to his house and get him some clothes.

Amanda went to see Michael since she knew he was at Kimberly's bed side and she wanted to get some information, about Peter, from Kimberly. Michael told Amanda that Kimberly was still in a coma so Amanda told Michael she would be in Kansas City for a few days.

She gave Michael the contact information of the hotel where she would be staying. Michael asked Amanda why she was going to Kansas City and she replied that they would talk later.

Jane and Sydney buried Richard Hart's body alive, in the season four finale, and they suspected he was still alive. Jane went to Richard's home, with Billy, and noticed that his car was not there. Jane went to see Sydney and she told her that Richard's car was gone so Jane believed this meant Richard was still alive. Sydney assured her many things could have happened, such as someone stole Richard's car.

Right as Jane and Sydney were talking, about Richard, Samantha came over to Jane's apartment. When she was in the doorway, she accidentally knocked over a shovel and she apologized for being a klutz. Sydney asked Samantha where she got the shovel and Samantha assured her it was not hers. Sydney and Jane took this as a sign of Richard tormenting them.

Midway through the episode, there was a scene that took place, in Boston, and we first encountered Taylor McBride. Taylor was reading a newspaper article and saw Peter's face and she recognized him. Taylor's husband, Kyle, went to talk to her and he noticed she did not look alright. Taylor said she was fine but that she was tired.
