Michael went to his beach home and noticed that Kimberly and Megan were talking. He entered his home and warned Kimberly to not harm Megan in any way. Kimberly, acting as though she hated Megan, told Michael that she did not understand what he saw in her and she called Megan a name. Michael signed the divorce papers right there.

At the very beginning of the episode, Jane and Samantha were at the boutique store and Samantha was telling Jane about her previous night with Billy. She told Jane that she liked how Billy understood her but Samantha apologized since she did not want to brag. Jane told her it was alright and she liked hearing that Samantha was happy.

Allison told him she was not feeling well and Jake suggested it was because she was pulling in long hours at Shooters. Sydney went to Kyle's restaurant, went to the bar, and ordered something to drink. Kyle saw her and they chatted, especially about Sydney's newfound friend who wanted to take their relationship to the next level. Sydney said she did not fully trust this new friend of hers and Kyle mentioned she should have a man who she could trust. Taylor overheard this and angrily suggested that perhaps the man she needed was someone like Kyle, a restaurant cook who allowed orders to back up. Kyle smiled and said that perhaps he was the man Sydney needed.

He told Amanda she was working hard, every night, and she mentioned she had a lot to do and she would like to get back to her work. Peter asked Amanda what he could do to get her to reconcile with him so Amanda told him she still loved Peter but he had become a different Peter than the one she knew.
