Wilson and House are having a discussion about the possibility that House is hiding something dangerous in his home. Of course, House is unwilling to reveal any secrets. Wilson is reluctant to take House's word for it, so he plans to pursue the matter.

House tells Park what she needs to hear in an explicit and unwavering manner. This fits with Park's personality, so it happens to be good advice. It is probably harsh for Park to hear, but it is a lesson to be learned. "People respect you. They just don't like you."

Answer: House is trapped in his bathroom

House enters his apartment and becomes wary of mischief afoot. He sets off the trip wire and smugly throws Wilson out of the apartment. However, Wilson has cleverly devised a secondary trap which makes House a prisoner in his own bathroom. When House attempts to open the door, the doorknob falls off and there is no ready escape.

As House peers through the vacant doorknob hole, he sees Wilson and says, "Touche."
