This quote was said in "Man of Science, Man of Faith". This was in the scene where Kate was talking to Locke about why he wanted to go in the hatch so badly.
2. "How about that? Current brought us back. We're home."

Answer: Sawyer

This was said in the episode "Adrift". Sawyer sarcastically said this to Michael while they were floating on leftover pieces of the raft.
3. "See ya in another life, brother."

Answer: Desmond

This was said in a flashback in "Man of Science, Man of Faith". Desmond said this to Jack, not knowing that he would see him again on the island.
4. "Promise me that no matter what happens, we'll never change...this will never change."

Answer: Hurley

This quote was said in "Everybody Hates Hugo". Hurley said this in a flashback to his friend, Johnny. Hurley hadn't told Johnny about winning the lottery yet. After Hurley said this quote Johnny replied with, "Not only will I stay gold, Ponyboy, I'll drink to it". This was a reference to the classic movie, "The Outsiders".
5. "I'm not lost anymore."

Locke said this in the episode "...And Found". This was the episode where Sun lost her wedding ring. Locke said that he wasn't lost anymore, and Sun asked him how he did it. He then replied, "Same way anything lost gets found...I stopped looking."

This was said in the episode "The Other 48 Days". This episode showed what had been happening from the tail section survivors' points of views. The whole episode was one big flashback. Bernard said this to Eko, who replies, "I will pray for them too".

Charlie said this in the episode "Collision (a.k.a. Old Habits}". Hurley and Kate were making a bet on whether she could hit it past a certain tree. He said there was no way she could hit it that far, and then Charlie said, "Hurley, the woman's on bloody steroids!"
