"Lost" 6.06 "Sundown" Trivia Quiz

Nadia opens the door and warmly greets Sayid. However, in this timeline, Nadia is married to Sayid's brother, Omer. Sayid's nephew and niece happily greet Sayid. They ask where Sayid has been. Sayid says that he has been in Sydney.

Answer: A baseball rolls onto the floor.

Sayid and Dogen are both practiced and highly skilled fighters. However, Dogen gains the upper hand and appears ready to finish Sayid by fatally stabbing him. Suddenly, the baseball leaves its pedestal and rolls onto the floor. Dogen seemingly entranced by the baseball, stops his attack. He tells Sayid, "Go. Leave this place. Never come back."

Answer: Miles

Sayid picks up his belongings and gets ready to depart. Miles approaches Sayid and says, "What are you doing?" Sayid indicates that he has been banished and told to leave. Sayid expresses dismay and surprise saying, "Apparently I'm evil. These people say I'm better off dead. Which is surprising, considering they were the ones who saved my life." Miles explains that Sayid was apparently resurrected by some other entity. "They tried to save you. But... you were dead man. For two hours."

Answer: "Ask Miles."

Sayid tersely tells Kate to ask Miles about what has transpired at the temple during her absence. After exchanging greetings, Miles accurately suggests that Sawyer refused to be persuaded by Kate. Miles tells Kate that Claire is back, though. "Well, let's see. Oh, that Australian chick's back." Kate is excited about the news and wants to know the location of Claire.

Answer: Sayid stabs the impersonate in the chest.

Without a word, Sayid savagely strikes the impersonate in the chest with the implement given to him by Dogen. The attack has no effect whatsoever on the impersonate. In fact, he calmly says, "Now why'd you go and do that?" After some discussion, Sayid appears to accept a promise from the impersonate in exchange for a favor.

Answer: They must leave the temple by sundown or die.

Sayid passes Dogen without a word and declares to the gathered crowd that Jacob is dead and consequently they no longer have to remain inside the temple. Sayid stipulates though, that they must make a decision to stay or leave by sundown. A woman asks, "What happens if we don't leave by sundown?" Sayid solemnly replies, "You die."

Answer: Martin Keamy

The thugs take Sayid to what appears to be a restaurant kitchen. A man is cooking eggs. When the man turns around we recognize the visage of Martin Keamy, the nefarious mercenary from the Kahana freighter. Keamy offers to serve Sayid some eggs. "I make good eggs." Sayid politely declines.

After some discussion about the purported debt of Omer, Sayid deftly disarms and takes out the two thugs. Keamy then pleads for his life, but Sayid without hesitation shoots and kills Keamy.

Answer: Jin

Sayid, gun in hand, swings the freezer door open. A frightened man is cowering in the back. He is bound and gagged. Sayid removes the adhesive from the man's mouth. It's Jin. Jin spouts out in Korean, "Please don't kill me. I beg of you. Please spare me." Sayid asks, "Who are you?" Jin replies, "No English."

Answer: Sayid drowns Dogen in the pool of water.

Sayid seems sympathetic and even empathetic as he listens to Dogen's story of his son's tragic death. Suddenly though, Sayid drags Dogen into the pool holding him under the water until Dogen drowns. The interpreter berates Sayid for having removed the only obstacle preventing the infiltration of the temple by the John impersonate. Sayid calmly announces that he knows this.

Answer: Ilana

Miles attempts to maintain his defense of the door. Ilana overpowers Miles and breaks into the room. She is quickly followed by Frank, Sun and Ben. Miles recognizes Frank, but Frank says, "We'll play catch-up later." Ilana leads the party to a secret chamber marked by a particular symbol. They enter the chamber just as the smoke monster makes its way through the passageway.
