Ever since Krystal came to town in December of 2003, she has always made mention of Babe's nickname as "baby doll." Babe's name itself happens to also be a nickname since her first name is Arabella. The name Arabella came into controversy on 'AMC' since Babe's name lent itself to Fusion's hit perfume, Bella. Adam Chandler and Pete Cortlandt tampered with Bella and it lead to consumers who tried it filing lawsuits against the company for suffering reactions from the tainted perfume. Thanks to Adam confessing to Erica his role in tainting Bella, the lawsuits against Fusion have been dropped.

Answer: Her great aunt

Krystal named Babe after her own aunt because she had hoped doing so would mean Babe got an inheritance from her great aunt. The amount of $2,000 was what her great aunt kept hidden in a cardboard box. Babe's great aunt hated children and gave the money to her two cats.

Tad did some investigating on the Carey women and found out a number of things about Babe, such as that she invited a police officer to her room one night in order to get out of a parking ticket. While Tad got disgusted over this, he found out Babe's past has some worse indiscretions and one of them was having relations with her algebra teacher to change her grade.

Not only did Krystal booby trap Tad's house once, but she threatened to post private information about him on the internet! This did not upset Tad as much as it could have, since he had a relationship with Krystal. In December of 2007, Tad and Krystal tied the knot and have a daughter named Jenny Colby Martin.

He had not been mentioned a whole lot, but Krystal had one brother named Earl.

Before Babe settled into San Diego, she resided in the city of Salinas. It was in San Diego where she met JR on the docks after he spent a couple of months working on a tramp steamer. JR thought, when he first met Babe, that she was going to commit suicide but she never had any intentions of doing it.

They fell in love and got married. However, their first marriage was invalid since she was still legally married to Paul Cramer.

Krystal's most heinous crime while residing in Pine Valley was kidnapping Bianca's baby, Miranda, but she also did something terrible to one of Babe's boyfriends when she filled his car with sardines. We have not heard an explanation as to why she filled the car with them.

In a very interesting moment and a first on 'AMC', Alexa Havins exited the role of Babe on the same day that her replacement, Amanda Baker, entered into the role. In one scene, Alexa's Babe was shown hugging Krystal and then, when they separated from the hug, Amanda's Babe appeared.

Babe used the name Kate Anderson when JR found out his son was alive and hunted down her and Jamie Martin. JR's men eventually caught up to Babe and Jamie in New Orleans and that is where both were arrested. JR won custody of Little Adam in court. Maggie Williams has never been a character or an alias used on AMC, Jane Dobrin is Brooke's mother and Jamie's grandmother, and Elizabeth Martin is the deceased wife of Jamie's great uncle, Paul Martin.

Before Babe could legally marry JR, she had to divorce first husband, Paul Cramer. Paul was the one who masterminded the babyswitch when he gave Babe and JR's baby to Kelly Cramer in Lanview and said Bianca's baby died in the river. Paul got killed by Daniel Coulson on ABC's 'One Life To Live'.
