She eventually let Edmund Grey and Maria Santos adopt her child. Kelsey left Pine Valley in 1998 to take a job in Minnesota.

Ray Gardner is known as one of Pine Valley's most notorious villains. He offered Tad to the Martins for $15,000. The adoption worked out well since Tad held a close relationship with his adoptive parents through the years. As for Ray, he set a bomb to detonate at the Martin's home on New Year's Eve in the early 1980s.

He tried to diffuse the bomb, but it was too late. It exploded and Ray died, but the Martins were safe.

Sam is the son of Kelsey Jefferson and Bobby Warner. Kelsey's mother is Tara, this making Tara Sam's grandmother. Tara is Joe's daughter so Joe is Sam's great grandfather. Joe's mother was sweet Kate Martin, hence Sam's great great grandmother. Kate Martin was regarded as a Saint to Pine Valley, often giving her children and grandchildren advise on their troubles.

Her death in the mid 1980s hit the town of Pine Valley hard.

Answer: Billy Clyde Tuggle

Billy Clyde Tuggle, one of the most popular villains on "All My Children," turned out to be Emily's father. Emily's mother is Estelle Tuggle. Benny Sago adopted Emily with Donna Beck. While Jake was married to Emily Ann, she had a miscarriage and suffered a nervous breakdown. As of 2008- when we last saw Emily Ann, she was admitted to a mental hospital. We have not heard from her since.

It was Elizabeth Martin who died at a young age of SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). Paul and Ann were devastated. Paul and Ann ended up marrying twice while they were in Pine Valley. Ann eventually died in 1981 while Paul left town.

Joe befriended Leora and eventually got her the help she needed for her domestic violence situation. Joe showed the same kind hearted spirit he had with Leora to Meggie Stone when she was abused by Jonathan Lavery. Thankfully, Maggie and Leora ended up getting out of their abusive relationships.

Josh placed in third, right near the top of his class. He also did his undergraduate work at Stanford University. What is interesting is that Josh's uncle, Jake Martin, went to med school at Stanford University.

Jamie met Babe Carey on her first night in Pine Valley at the beach and they stole a plastic cow that night. Babe later told Jamie she had a strong affection for cows. On her first night in town, she and Jamie slept together and then Jamie found out Babe was JR's wife (their marriage later turned out to be invalid since she was not legally divorced from Paul Cramer). Shortly after Jamie and Babe's one night stand, Babe found out she was pregnant and feared the baby might be Jamie's instead of JR's.

However, the baby was JR's child.
