 Holiday World
Santa Claus, Indiana. Holiday World was originally called "Santa Claus Land" and featured only Christmas themed rides. It opened on August 3, 1946, and was the world's first theme park.
Splashin' Safari. "Monsoon Lagoon" and "Butterfly Bay" are actually rides in Splashin' Safari.

4. The three coasters are "The Legend", "The Raven", and "The Howler", the "The Voyage" as the newest fourth. "The Raven" was ranked the number one wooden coaster in the world in 2002 by Amusement Today. They also ranked "The Legend" the fourth best wooden coaster. "The Howler" is a small steel coaster designed for the entire family to ride. "The Voyage" is the newest roller coaster.
Holidog. He is a friendly, floppy-eared dog who can be found at "Holidog's Funtown," which is a section of the park geared toward young children and their families.

Lake Rudolph. All of these are real lakes in Southern Indiana. Christmas Lake is less than a mile away from Holiday World in Christmas Lake Village, Patoka Lake is an 8800 acre lake approximately 35 miles away, and Tipsaw Lake is a small lake inside the Hoosier National Forest.
