Interesting Questions, Facts, and Information
Salvatore, R. A.
Zaknafein. Weapons master of House Do'Urden.
Belwar. His hands were taken by Drizzt's brother, Dinin, but he lived because of Drizzt.
Mooshie. His full name is Montolio DeBrouchee.
Mielikki. She is the goddess of the forest, and patron of rangers.
Ten Towns. He wasn't exactly popular, but they tolerated him because of the protection he provided.
Bruenor. With the possible exception of Guenhwyvar.
His head. Bruenor loved to headbutt his enemy, and it was very effective.
Taulmaril. AKA Taulmaril the Heart Seeker... a nasty weapon.
Scrimshaw. He loved to do this while he fished.
Pasha Pook. It was Pasha Pook who hired the assassin.
Artemis Entreri. He was the polar opposite of Drizzt, and arguably his equal with a blade.
Akar Kessell. Jarlaxle eventually ended up with the shard, but he was no wizard. Akar had it first.
Errtu. Errtu was one of Drizzt's most dangerous foes.
He faked a mortal wound. On his 'deathbed', Drizzt promised he would help if Bruenor ever recovered.
Duergar. Duergar, evil dwarves, had claimed Mithril hall for their own.
Shimmergloom. Thanks for playing! Let me know what you think, and if you played this without reading the books, I strongly urge you to read them.
Gharis. Gharis is the father who hadn't treated his sons very well. In the second book, I recall, he eventually makes up with Luthien and Ethan before he dies.
Ethan. Ethan is just a more rugged version of Luthien, and more mature as well. They never name his horse in the story.
A halfling. Oliver is the comedic relief in the story. I love the guy. He's got such a personality.
A rapier sword. He always talks about his 'trusty rapier sword'. Rapiers are long, but thin swords mainly used in fencing. Oliver is a very skilled swordsman, according to the story.
Threadbare. The little yellow pony is Oliver's mighty steed.
River Dancer. River Dancer is a perfect name for the white steed Luthien rides. With the imagery given from the story, you can just imagine the horse jumping from cliff to cliff with its mane in the air.
Katerin. She's a warrior and an orphan. They grew up together in Dun Varna and they trained together. Eventually Luthien wins her over and chooses to love her, rather than Siobhan.
Cinnamon. The author frequently refers to his cinnamon colored eyes. Gharis has cinnamon colored eyes as well. In our words, cinnamon colored eyes would be hazel.
