Cardinal. The American Football franchise based near Phoenix, Arizona Cardinals, was founded in 1898. In the past they've been based in Chicago, St. Louis, and Phoenix, but despite moving from one state to another the franchise has kept the Cardinals name since 1901. On the 1st February, the Arizona Cardinals made the trip to the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida for Super Bowl XLIII.
