 Breath of Fire
In a fishing spot. The strongest weapon for Ryu, even stronger than the Dragon Sword. I was lucky to find it when trying to get every single fishing spot of the game.
Gate. That's where it all starts, when Ryu is still a kid. That's the prologue.
Famous Flute. The princess of Highfort gives the Famous Flute to Ryu (Or Sten if you want) after saving the country.
NoTwin Rapier . The 'No Twin Rapier' is Jean's strongest weapon. The 'Medusa Shield' is the strongest shield of the game, for the characters who can equip it.
P.Eater. The mimic is the 'normal' treasure-box-like enemy (Red). The B Chest and B Eater don't exist. The good answer is P.Eater. What does the 'P' stands for anyway? I think it stands for "people" but how could I know?
Docaden. Watch our for their 'Spark' spell!

3 . One is open, the other two are closed. But you can't get them at this point of the game anyway.
Aruhamel . In the fight, it says that its name is Aruhamel, but outside of the fight, it says that its name is Aruhameru. So that's why both answers are accepted.
Freeze-Flame-Cure3. You should not kill the old man in this fight. No, you should not. Even if he asks you. Don't you recognize him? Watch out for the Guardeyes! If you want to end this fight without killing the old man (like I suggest), this is going to be tough.
Missile. Nina learns: Missile (LV57), Fireball (LV55), BoltX (LV36), Hail (LV31). Well, most players don't get the trouble to build up their characters up to the 50s in level... so that was a tricky question, in a way.
Yua. Yes, Yua, Ryu's little sister. It's hard to believe that she survived, don't you think? Well, she's a member of the Dragon Clan after all...
Chorking. This enemy has 'only' 25 HP, but loses it sooooo slowly... If you have the 'Chopchop' ability (learned from the cook at the Restaurant), use it against Chorking, since it is not blocked off by its extremely strong defense.
Dologany. You obviously can't miss it.
Drogen. After the town was burned down by the Dark Dragons, Ryu's adventure starts...
Sara. Near the end of the game, you will need to fight her because Jade put a spell on her. In the end, she gives up her life to stop the evil that she does.
Tunlan. The 'Rod 4' can be found in the Gust Cave. The Obelisk and Scande are dungeons from the end of the game, but you don't find any rod there. In Tunlan, you need to fall in the correct pit to find the 'Rod 5'. You need it to get all the Dragon equipment and most Dragon spells.
Glow CN. The Icy Cane and Evil Cane aren't that powerful. The Spirit Cane doesn't exist. The Glow Cane, however, is very strong, when compared to her other weapons. You can find it in Prima. Have Gobi as the leader and go to the shop where there are three salesmen. There is a fourth counter but nobody's there. That's Gobi's place! If you press the 'A' button, a customer will come and randomly buy or sell an item. If you're lucky, you might get the Glow Cane but you need a lot of money, and it will never appear if you have not defeated Zog. Tip: Go to the bank and deposit all of your items, so there will be no customers to buy your items. It gives you a higher chance of getting the Cane or any other very good weapons and armors. Afterword: Tunlan's shop does the same.
Mallet. You can get the 'Mallet' exactly the same way as the Glow Cane of the previous question. The Mallet is by far his strongest weapon, and is a one-handed weapon.
Cerl. Cerl stole the Time Key in Tunlan and stopped time in Carmen. Later, when her childhood friend Alan was injured, she was disillusioned and gave the Time Key to Ryu and company.
Cort. The 'Flower' was the cause of the sickness of the townspeople in Gust. Cort's powers are pretty impressing. He changed a villager into a 'RugaX', that you had to fight twice, and shrank the entire party to the size of insects. Ryu and company ended up fighting cockroaches!
Mothro. Its name comes from its shape, a moth. As he said, fighting in the dream world is different than fighting in the real world, and he was right. He has no energy bar.

Typhoon Bug. The 'Typhoon Bug' destroyed half of the Dark Dragons ships. That's when the Dark Dragons general decided to attack underwater instead. This spell, however, doesn't appear in Bleu's magic list.
Emperor. Emperor Zog is the leader of the Dark Dragons. Even after Ryu and company defeats Zog, Jade is still around to take on the world (with one of his followers still alive at this point of the game).
Tyr. Tyr is the Goddess who sought to rule the world in the past, but was killed (or confined) by Bleu and some other warriors.
Tonic. The Tonic can be accomplished by mixing the following ingredients: 'C.Nut', 'W.Ant', 'P.Fish' and 'Roots'. A great doctor in Carmen can make the Tonic.
27 AP. This is one of Ryu's dragon spells...
Doof. 'Doof' is a spell that fusions Karn with Ox and Bo to create a large, strong, tall creature that is very powerful. There's only one more fusion spell stronger than this one, Puka. 'Doof' costs 25 AP.
Prickle. You can find the Prickles in the desert around Arad and the Krypt.

Shock. The 'Shock' attack is also used by many other enemies and bosses: Shadow, Mothro, and many others. 'Shock' is also one of Bleu's magic (called 'Rub').
5. 1-Slime 2-G.Slime 3-R.Slime 4-M.Slime 5-SlimeX.
1-Slime are found in the beginning of the game, up to the Romero area. 2-G.Slime are found around Bleak and in the Krypt. 3-R.Slime are found in the Wisdon basement and around the Dark Dragons fortress where the Gant prisoners are held hostages. 4-M.Slime are random monsters outside Pagoda Tower. 5-SlimeX are bosses and they're fought only once (in Nabal, a high-security Dark Dragons fort).
