    Ceres. Ceres, like all the other gods, is one you should not mess with. In her rage, she will destroy all crops with a plague of locusts. After that, no crops will grow on the farms for quite some time.

    Carthaginians. The Carthaginian soldiers are eaisly recognized because of their large elephants. These bad boys take three balista arrows to kill. Fortunately for the governor, the city has two choke points where walls can be placed and the enemy taken out with ease.

What happens when Caesar gets infuriated with you and your Imperial Rating is at zero?
    He sends an army to attack you. As many gamers know, Caesar will send a legion to attack you when he gets mad enough. The force gets larger and larger each time until he sends a massive army that could easily wipe out a weak force of auxiliries. If the emperor's troops attack and destroy the majority of your city, he will fire you.

What will Neptune do in his rage?
    Create a storm, destroying all ships. In levels with good fishing grounds and trade routes, Neptune is not a god to annoy. He will wipe out your entire fleet in an instant with storms. While earthquakes do happen in the game, it is not an act of the gods.

How many hippodromes can you build in one city?
    One. The hippodrome is one building that you may only have one of. Another building is the barracks. However, there is a way around this, simply slow the game speed down to ten percent and build as many as you wish, but be quick.

What does the "large hovel" evolve into after it is given access to a school or library?
    small casa. After given education access, large hovels evolve into small casas. Small casas are easy to maintain and in a level where a low prosperity rating is needed, they're ideal housing.

Which citizen says, "I'm starving!"?
    schoolchild. When a player clicks on the annoying little schoolchildren and gets the message, "I'm starving!" the town in in desperate need of food! Solve this problem by adding wheat farms, since wheat grows more quickly than any other food source.

When Mars starts to get ticked off, what does he do?
    He starts a local uprising. When Mars makes the locals uprise against you, this is a grave threat, especially in provinces where you cannot built forts. Be absolutely sure to build many temples and oracles to please him.

What extra resource does it cost to hold a grand festival?
    wine. In order to hold a grand festival for one of the gods, wine is needed. The larger your town is, the more wine is needed to supply the festival.

Which one of these people does not help fight off attackers?
    rioters. Gladiators and lion tamers can actually be used as part of a defensive strategy. Both units will fight off invaders with ease. Prefects will go out and attack on their own, going off roads, something that gladiators and lion tamers won't do. On the other hand, rioters will attack only you, not your enemies.
