In this particular scene near the end of the movie, a man dining where she works sends his "rare" steak back complaining that it's not rare enough. Kate answers that if it were any more rare it would walk out and hail a cab, but reluctantly she makes another one. Moments later that man sends it back again complaining that she's never seen a rare steak. Very angry, Kate takes an uncooked piece of meat out to the man's table and throws it in front of him delivering this quite humorous line.

Elena de la Vega. Zeta-Jones says this in her 2005 role as Elena de la Vega in "The Legend of Zorro". Elena and Alejandro (Zorro) have been forced to get divorced by federal agents in the film and they need Elena to gather information from Armand (the bad guy) who Elena dated previously, which makes him trust her. They believe that he will trust her, so they force her to divorce Alejandro. In exchange, they will not reveal his identity as Zorro. At this point in the movie Alejandro asks Elena why she is still wearing the pearls that her "new love" gave her, despite discovering that he is the "bad guy" and she replies..."I'm under cover!" Then Catherine and Antonio Banderas (Zorro) share one of their many kisses in the film.

Marilyn (Zeta-Jones) and Miles (Clooney) are in an elevator by themselves, except for Marilyn's poodle, and Miles tells her that she promised him a long time ago to have dinner with him when she replies with the tongue twister. In the bloopers on the DVD Catherine had an extremely difficult time at delivering the line correctly without laughing.

Gwen is fully relying on Kiki (Roberts) to get her through it because she doesn't think she can handle being around Eddie on her own.
