The 1,080 gram liver has a smooth and glistening capsule and the parenchyma is unremarkable and free of focal lesions. The hepatic capsule is smooth, glistening and unremarkable. The gallbladder is absent. |

The 273 gram heart has a smooth and glistening epicardial surface which is covered by a normal pericardial sac. The coronary arteries are unremarkable and free of evidence of significant atherosclerotic stenosis. |

The 73 gram spleen has a smooth capsule and the parenchyma is unremarkable.

Sections of decalcified lymph nodes show noncaseating granulomata consistent in appearance with sarcoidosis. |

The larynx, trachea and main stem bronchi are unremarkable along their external surfaces with the exception of numerous hilar calcified granulomata. No evidence of extravasated blood is noted among the neck organs. |

The testes are unremarkable and free of evidence of peritesticular or testicular parenchymal extravasated blood. |
