1. Always the rivalry, the Dodgers vs the Giants. Sandy Koufax and Juan Marichal dueled it out in the 1960s. Who was the only player to play with both these pitching greats?

Answer: Norm Larker

Larker, a first baseman and utilty player, played with Koufax in 1961, then as a Giant in 1963 with Marichal. Larker's best season was as a Dodger in 1960, when he hit .323.
2. Who was the only player that played with both Willie Mays and Hank Aaron?

Answer: Jimmy Rosario

Rosario played with the 1972 Giants with Willie, then the 1976 Milwaukee Brewers with Aaron. This was Aaron's final season, who retired with 755 home runs. Rosario played only three seasons in the big leagues, 1971, 1972, and 1976.

John played with the 1972 Dodgers with Wills as his teammate. He also sat in the pinstripes along with Rickey Henderson in 1987 with the Yankees. Ironically, John as a Dodger, went up against the Yankees in the 1977 and 1978 World Series. Then as a Yankee, met the Dodgers in the 1981 World Series. His team lost all three World Series.

Answer: Bert Campaneris

In 1965, Paige came out of retirement after 12 years and pitched in a game for the Kansas City Athletics. In his second season of MLB, Bert Campaneris was the KC shortstop, and he also pitched in his only game of his career in 1965. Campy hooked up with Ryan in 1979 with the California Angels. Ryan went 16-14 with 223 strikeouts in 1979.

Answer: Johnny Mize

Mize was there with Ott in 1942 with the New York Giants. He played with Mantle in the crosstown rivalry New York Yankees in 1953. Mize played for 15 seasons, and blasted 359 home runs of his own.

Answer: Bruce Bochte

Bochte, the first baseman in his rookie season with the 1974 Angels, watched Robinson, their Designated Hitter, smack 20 home runs for the season. Bruce was also there in Mark McGwire's first season with the A's in 1986, and then saw McGwire replace him at first base. Mark won the Rookie of the Year Award for belting 49 home runs in 1987.
7. Pitching greats Don Drysdale and Roger Clemens were linked together by which player?

Answer: Bill Buckner

Buckner, as a rookie, was their in 1969 with the Dodgers, watching Drysdale in his final season in baseball. Drysdale, a great human being died in 1993. Buckner was also there in Boston, watching Clemens with the American League MVP and the Cy Young Award in 1986. Buckner retired after 22 seasons in 1990.
8. Which player is the missing link between pitching great Juan Marichal and slugger Barry Bonds?

Answer: Rick Rhoden

Rhoden was alongside Marichal with the 1975 Los Angeles Dodgers, then with the 1986 Pittsburgh Pirates with Barry Bonds, where Rick was fifth in the Cy Young voting. Rhoden pitched for 16 seasons and retired in 1989.
9. Two Hall of Fame third baseman, Brooks Robinson and Mike Schmidt, have only one link between them. Who was it?

Answer: Davey Johnson

Robinson, a 1983 HOF inductee, played all his 23 seasons with the Orioles. He won 16 Gold Gloves at third base. He also won the American League MVP in 1964. Schmidt, played all his 18 seasons with the Phillies. Schmidt won 10 Gold Gloves at third base, and won three National League MVPs. Davey Johnson was with Baltimore in 1968, and the Phillies in 1977. Johnson later became a manager.

Callison played alongside Uecker with the 1967 Phillies, then was a teammate of the late Thurman Munson, with the Yankees in 1972. Callison, a clutch home run hitter, played 16 seasons and retired in 1973.
