Penny and Desmond have a beautiful child. Desmond tells the child, "Look. Right out there. Beyond where you can see, there's..there's an island, and it's a very special island. I left it a long time ago. I never thought I'd see it again. It's called Great Britain. And the most beautiful part of the island is Scotland, and that's where your daddy's from. There's mountains and glens and monsters in deep lochs, and... and it's where your mummy and daddy... fell in love."

After having been captured, the woman in charge demands to know who is in charge. Miles replies, "He is," pointing to Daniel. The woman enigmatically expresses to Daniel, "You just couldn't stay away, could you?"

Answer: Latin

Juliet speaks to her former comrades (the Others) by speaking Latin. It is apparently a language they have learned to maintain the secrecy of their domain and increase their knowledge. Juliet confesses that she can speak Latin because, she was once, one of the Others. Locke inquires, "And how is it that they know how to speak Latin, Juliet?" She replies, "The same reason I do. Because they're Others."

Answer: Daniel professes his love to Charlotte.

Dan tells Richard, "Because... I'm in love with the woman sitting next to me. And I would never... I'd never do anything to hurt her." Richard is convinced of Daniel's profession of love for Charlotte.

Answer: Locke says, "Because... he's one of my people."

Locke is immediately interested in what one of the captives says. "That idiot shouted out, "Meet at the creek." We knew exactly where they were going. We sent a group after them." Locke decides not to shoot at the escaping prisoner, because Locke feels an obligation to protect "his people." It's also possible that Locke wants to track the captive to their camp.

Answer: "Jughead"

Ellie says that she doesn't believe Daniel. Daniel is allowed to examine the bomb and discovers that it has been compromised. The wording on the bomb clearly says, "Jughead." Daniel tells Ellie, "If I try anything.. what, you're gonna..you're gonna shoot me? Is that right? Yeah, that would be perfect because, of course, rifle fire right next to..what would you call this..hydrogen bomb? Yes, fantastic idea. Really... inspired. Okay, listen to me. Do you people have any access to lead or concrete?"

Answer: Richard Alpert

John Locke abandons Juliet and Sawyer in order to speak with Richard. "Richard, I need to talk to you!" John mentions Jacob and Richard begins to believe John.

Answer: Charles Widmore

It appears that Charles Widmore has been funding Daniel's research. In a conversation with Abigail, Desmond learns, "Daniel's benefactor. He funded his research, and he took responsibility for the result of it. He's been taking care of Theresa ever since this happened to her. Everything here is due to Mr. Widmore, God bless him."

Answer: Charlie

Ironically, Desmond and Penny name their child "Charlie." It may be in remembrance of Charlie, who sacrificed his life to save everyone on the island. It, of course, may be coincidental, but Desmond saw Charlie die, and it could be a commemoration for Charlie. Charlie helped Desmond and Penny reunite as well as save the survivors on the island.

Answer: Scientists

Daniel tells Richard Alpert that he and his group of people are scientists. Richard says, "We didn't start this, friend. Your people attacked us. You come to our island to run your tests, you fire on us, and what, you expect us not to defend ourselves?" "I don't know anything about that. We are scientists."
