The name of the school can be seen at least twice on the building. As far as I could tell from research, there is no Fairview, Washington. There are Fairviews all over the USA, but none in the state of Washington. Kenmore and Frontier are real Washington state junior high-schools, and there are actual public schools named Van Buren in Iowa, Arkansas, and Ohio.

Greg Venner's father Frank had been a student of of Heather Tobey's in 1972. He was extremely opposed to her presence in his son's classroom and was actively pursuing her removal. Reece Thompson gave an amazing performance as the tortured child, Greg Venner. Reece, Mylene Robic (who played Kimmy in this episode), and Ben Cotton (Dewey) all guest starred on the short lived series "Tru Calling". Reece starred in the second episode in season one and Mylene in season two's "In The Dark", where Tru gets a surprise birthday party, more than once.

Danny and Kyle now attend the same college, and they are emotionally/mentally the same age. Kyle is legally 21 years old, but his three years in a coma arrested his emotional growth. Kyle admits to Danny that he had talked to Danny's brother Sean, but that he doesn't think that Sean heard him. Kyle had tried to convince his cousin Sean that with Jordan Collier and the 4400 Foundation were not the place he needed to be.

One of those cops recognized Richard, so Richard gave himself up. The police held Richard while they informed Jordan Collier of his location, and Lilly turned to her ex-husband Brian for help.
Weldon, Idaho is the location of the sheriff's office Lilly gave to Brian. I could not find that to be a real town, but there are Weldons in Iowa and Illinois.

Liv tried to give Sean a hard time, but he won her over. Liv had lived in Seattle for two years, and had been homeless a long time. She had a circle of friends, and Sean helped them acquire some essentials for outdoor life. Lindy Booth played Liv. Lindy was also in "Detroit Rock City", "American Psycho 2", "Wrong Turn" and 2004's "Dawn of the Dead".

It is another connection to Eliza Dushku, as they both starred in "Wrong Turn", and three other guest stars of this episode were in Eliza's "Tru Calling".

Jordan was extremely supportive of Sean's endeavor to help, but warned him not to reveal his healing ability. Sean asked Jordan if that was because they could not pay for it, but Jordan said no. If Sean healed one, they'd all want him to heal them as well. Jordan's warning did come back to haunt Sean in the end.

In the beginning of the episode, Lilly dreams of a happy life. She and Richard are settled with Isabelle, and Brian brings Heidi over to spend time with them. In reality, Heidi does not know that Lilly is her mother, as Lilly disappeared when she was less than a year old. Genevieve Buechner plays Heidi Moore.

She also guest starred on USA Network's other successful series, "The Dead Zone", in its second season.

Jordan came to Weldon and made Richard a no-strings offer. He explained that if Richard did not want to accept it, he was still free to go. Richard talked it over with Lilly, and they agreed to the offer. Jordan wanted to prove his worth to Isabelle, who had judged him while still in the womb and found him morally lacking. The deal was that they could live in the 4400 Center and Jordan would liaise on their behalf with NTAC.
Isabelle is played by Jordan Lasorsa-Simon, an adorable baby in season two.

Sean and Liv both played a guitar inside the shop. Sean played the dark colored one and Liv's was light colored wood grain. We never see which guitar he picked for her gift, but she claims that one day she is going to win a Grammy award for her concept album.

He told Sean that Liv did whatever he told her to, and that it was time for Sean to leave. She agreed and told Sean she had no interest in being saved. She seemed loathe sending him away, but did not want Dewey to hurt Sean. Later, Sean has to save Dewey from a drug overdose. Ben Cotton played Dewey. Ben can be recognized from guest spots on "Smallville", "Dark Angel", "Tru Calling", and "Stargate:Atlantis".

He was also in the mini-series "Taken", along with "The 4400" stars Chad Faust and Conchita Campbell, and had a small role in "The Chronicles of Riddick".

He told her the book was garbage and would mess her head up. Her boyfriend showed up with a friend of his and proclaimed to have bought the book for her. Danny went on the attack and said that the book was about a cult. Suddenly, we see Kyle back at home pouring a glass of orange juice.

This time he'd lost a huge chunk of time. When Danny comes over to confront Kyle about running off, Kyle explains about losing time and how he was different when he first came out of the coma in season one. He really was different, a different person altogether.

Jordan swears to both Sean and Richard that he was changed the first time Isabelle affected him. He'd realized his motives toward the 4400 were self centered, but Isabelle's judgment had changed him for the better. He said he was now purely motived to help the salvation of the 4400 and subsequently mankind. Isabelle smile and laughed when Jordan touched her in Idaho. Now, Richard and Lilly can come home. I am highly suspicious of Jordan, and do not know how he may have fooled little Isabelle. Isabelle is the most powerful force in all the 4400.

She left Jordan with agonizing headaches after he touched Lilly's pregnant belly in season one. I now suspect that his headaches will stop.
