After Dales left, Mrs. Skur went to her husband who was hiding in the fallout shelter in their backyard. He was upset that she'd come there, and said he couldn't help himself anymore. Then Skur attacked his own wife.

As Skur explained, the agents sent him there because they wanted Skur to kill him. Sure enough, Skur attacked him, but Dales was able to handcuff him and escape before he killed him.
