The Penguin isn't in the asylum during these events and Scarecrow appears later on. Joker is the first enemy you see because you have just captured him.

Araon Cash helps Batman. Quincy Sharp is the warden and Chuck Greene is from a whole different game.

Maxxie Zeus is achievable by blowing up a wall in Intensive Treatment. Ratcatcher is attainable by looking in a vent in the Botanical Gardens and you can get Firefly in the Medical Facility.

You fight The Joker, Killer Croc, Bane, Poison Ivy, and you face Scarecrow three times. I didn't include the Harley Quinn fight because you fought a bunch of inmates, but not Harley Quinn.

10. In the final fight, you face a Titan-infected Joker. Batman eventually defeats him. How does he do it?

Answer: He punches him with explosive gel

You pull him into an electric box during the fight. Batman doesn't kill so he wouldn't have pushed him off the building. An arrow to the knee is a reference to "Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim".
