Ba-Dum BUM is from the DS remake and Use The Eggs is from "New SMW2", a fan-made game by Yoshis Fan. Golden Yoshi Returns Again is an extremely hard single level by Golden Yoshi.

Answer: Salvo the Slime

Kamek doesn't have his own castle but probably lives in Bowser's Castle. He is only seen there and in the Extra level Kamek's Revenge.

Poochy Ain't Stupid is an extremely short level but involves riding on lava while dodging spike maces. However, it is longer than the next Extra level.

Of course, he was bigger than regular Big Boos and inflated after every hit. The way to defeat him was to ricochet eggs off walls.

Raphael the Raven is similar to Moltz the Very Goonie. They are birds, they are weak to ground-pounds, they live in World 5, and they are unaffected by eggs. They are the only bosses (apart from Prince Froggy) to have different physics. (Baby Bowser uses the same physics but different egg-throwing mechanics)

Ground Pounding creates shockwaves. You had to dodge Baby Bowser's shockwaves as well as creating your own.
