Mirror Master. His first villain was the first Mirror Master, Sam Scudder. Alas, poor Sam was killed in the "Crisis" event by Krona! The new Mirror Master goes by the name of Evan McCulloch.

Big Sir. As Flash was having law problems, prior to his death, he was beaten so badly by Big Sir that even his super fast healing factor couldn't fix his face properly. Barry ran to Gorilla City to enlist the aid of King Solovar and his super advanced science to fix his face. As Solovar was preparing to fix it, Flash asked him to change his face so he didn't look like Barry Allen anymore. He wanted to forget the past and move on. Later when he was unmasked in trial by Iris posing as his lawyer she was shocked that he didn't look anything like her husband! In fact the reason she had unmasked him surprisingly on the stand was so that the jury would understand why Flash had tried to protect his second wife Fiona by any means possible.

Vandal Savage. The Immortal Vandal Savage created the drug in "The Flash" second series right before he almost killed the Flash!
First he turned into the lightning bolt that orriginaly struck the chemicals that gave him his powers and then he was captured and held in hell with Jason Todd and other heroes who died until rescued by Deadman and finally going to heaven. After his death he was turned into the lightning bolt that gave him his powers, and then he was taken and held in hell along with Hal Jordan and Jason Todd and other fallen heroes until they were all rescued by Deadman. When last we saw Barry he was in Heaven racing Arrows shot by Green Arrow!

1940. Jay Garrick first appeared in "Flash Comics" #1 in 1940. He was not a character used by DC Comics at that point, but was instead used by All-American Publications, which would merge with two other companies to form DC Comics.

The Speed Force. The Speed Force has somehow kept Jay very young for his age, although he cannot tap into it as Wally West and Bart Allen can.
Zoom. Zolomon thought that Wally West didn't take superheroics seriously, and became jealous of his speed. He tried to use a cosmic treadmill, which backfired and turned him into Zoom. Zoom can change time that is relative to him, giving him the effects of super-speed. Zolomon first appeared in 2001 in "The Flash: Secret Files and Origins" #3. He became Zoom in 2003 in "The Flash" #197.
Iron. Girder's body begins to rust when exposed to oxygen, making this super-strong brute easy to defeat. He often acts lewdly and makes unwarranted advances on female allies, which lands him in hot water many times. He first appeared in "Flash: Iron Heights" in 2001.
He was a fire eater. Mick Rory doesn't suffer from pyromania-he enjoys every minute of it! He burned down his own house, his friend's house (after locking his friend inside), and the circus at which he worked. Rory later went straight, but even later reformed and killed Bart Allen, along with other Rogues. He first appeared in "Flash" #140, debuting in November 1963.
