We did see Angelus again, fairly soon afterward...

his sister. Angelus: "Family blood is always the sweetest." Jeremy Renner played Penn. He can also be seen in the 2002 movie "Dahmer", as serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer, and the 2005 Charlize Theron film "North Country". Penn went on to kill the rest of his family as well.
We find out later that Angelus also killed his sister first, of all his family members. She was not his first victim, though, that was a caretaker.

"If I pull this trigger, are you going to get up too?". Kate was talking to herself: "I shot him three times, I know I did, and then he got up." She saw Angel, and scared, she pulled her gun on him and said that line.
| Wesley tried to make Cordelia see that it could be Angel doing these killings. She refused to believe it and ordered Wes out of the office. Then, Angel appears (seemingly out of nowhere) and said that Wes was right.

Angel was not OK, of course, because he had been dreaming of killing people. The dreams were so real he could feel them. He enjoyed the feelings.

He had come to her so that they could compare 'battle plans from their perspective fronts'. Cordelia also referred to Wes as a 'rogue demon hunter' in this scene, as that was the title he had appointed himself in the previous episode.
she was murdered. She was murdered. As the scene closed, we saw that it was Angel that had killed her, but then he awakened from sleep and was safe in his own bed. Was he a sleep walking killer? I tried to find out the name of the actress in this scene, but had no luck. Her character's name is Jessica Halpern.
