Angel of Rain. It is indeed the Angel of Rain. The Angel of Fear is Ireul (11th Angel), the Angel of Hail is Bardiel (13th Angel), and the Angel of Might is Zeruel (14th Angel).

DNA to RNA to Protein. So, where Rei floats in her tank filled with "LCL" (Inside "Central Dogma") from time to time, is also where her clones are situated. This place symbolises the transfer of genetic information in the order of DNA to RNA to Protein.
The "MAGI Super Computer System" had been completed. Dr Naoko Akagi had finally finished the "MAGI", and therefore, a new organisation was formed ("NERV"). Most of the people who worked at "Gehirn" transferred over to "NERV", where they continued working on the "E-Project".
"The Primordial Soup of Life". Rei states this to Shinji. He admits that he wants to see the other people again, and Lilith's head falls off. "Third Impact" ceased.

"Vorspier" and "Gavotte in Rondo". The names of these songs are flashed on the screen and stay there for about 2 seconds. Both composed by Johann Sebastian Bach, "Vorspier" (Played by Shinji) and "Gavotte in Rondo" (Played by Asuka). The others are also by Bach, but I only threw them in because I needed 2 more combinations.
The 2nd Power of Pen. The proper English for the correct answer (The 2nd Power of Pen) is most likely to be Pen to the Power of 2. Either way, this is what the official name of Pen-Pen actually is!
Shigeru Aoba. This one was a givaway! It's obvious that the answer is Aoba. When people start losing their physical forms during "Third Impact", Ritsuko hugs Maya, showing us that Maya had deep feelings for Ritsuko. We see Misato kiss Makoto, showing us that Makoto loved Misato. And of course how can we forget Kaworu? I think it's obvious that he loves Shinji...he stated it.
Another giveaway is the fact that when Aoba was turning into "LCL", he had no vision of a lover, only a mass of Rei's. And I do not believe he loves Rei, as he was shrieking with terror.

The Barons of Hell. The Angels are the Messengers from God, and none of the Evangelions really resemble the Angels in appearance. The Harbingers of Death and The Harbingers of Tragedy are what the Angels and possibly the Evangelions can be described as, but not what they look like. The Barons of Hell on the other hand, is an interesting story.
There were 4 Barons of Hell, the first was said to have a featureless face except for 1 large eye (Unit 00). The next was described as the Baron of Darkness and had 1 large horn on its head, and a mass of huge gnawing teeth (Unit 01). The third was described as being "Blood Red in Colour" and having a face with 4 eyes and 2 mouths (Unit 02). The last was said to be pitch black, and had arms that could stretch an unnaturally long distance (Unit 03).
"God's in his heaven. All's right with the world.". You have probably seen this before. I think this quote is great. So I knew what it said, I paused the video when I saw the logo come up for the first time. Damn it was hard thinking of the incorrect answers for this question!

Ritsuko Akagi and Misato Katsuragi. Misato hates the Angels. Ritsuko does not want her to make others suffer for her own personal hatred, as she knows Misato's personal hatred against them.
SEELE 06. When "Third Impact" occurred, SEELE 06 was the second last "SEELE" member to turn into LCL, with Keel Lorentz (SEELE 01) being the last.

Rei and Yui. Rei proves this first. She stated that "Anyone can return to human form...as long as they are able to imagine themselves within their own heart." Yui backs up this claim by saying "All living creatures have the power to be brought back to life...and the will to go on living." (These statements were made at the very end of "The End of Evangelion").
Therefore, Shinji and Asuka do not have to repopulate the planet, as Rei and Yui prove this.

Yui and Lilith . It's true. Rei was created from the cells of Yui, that is why her physical appearance resembles Yui. Her DNA structure is that of the 2nd Angel, Lilith. This is why in "The End of Evangelion", she is welcomed home by Lilith prior to "Third Impact".

"Pachelbel's Canon". Composed by Johann Pachelbel, "Pachelbel's Canon" is truly magnificent, played during the credits of "Death". Kaworu states to Shinji that "Ode to Joy" is the greatest accomplishment of the "Lilin" culture. If this is so, "Pachelbel's Canon" is a definite second place! "The Refrain of the Soul" is from the "Evangelion" CD, "Refrain". "4th Movement: Presto" (Symphony #9 In D-Minor) comes from another "Evangelion" CD, "Addition".

Naoko Akagi . On the first occasion when "Evangelion Unit 00" went beserk, it was trying to attack Gendo, Rei or Ritsuko (Even all three). It was definitely after Ritsuko the second time around. It makes sense that Naoko's mind was transplanted into the "Prototype", after all, the "Evangelion" does hate Rei; and remember that Naoko strangled Rei I to death. She has been forced to become a part of something that she poured her blood and sweat into creating, and therefore, lashes out out at Gendo and Ritsuko, as now she is merely a puppet for Gendo and Ritsuko's bidding.
I do not believe that the correct answer to this question is Lilith, because if it were true, Rei's synchronisational level with "Evangelion Unit 00" would be much better than what it is, as Rei has the DNA of Lilith, which means they would synchronise at a very high level.
The Third Child. Shinji is the Third Child, as he was the third suitable person chosen to pilot an Evangelion. The First Child was Rei Ayanami, and the Second Child was Asuka Langley Soryu.
Balthasar, Melchior, Caspar. Balthasar, Melchior, and Caspar, the three MAGI, were created by Ritsuko's mother Naoko Akagi, and represent herself as a woman, herself as a scientist, and herself as a mother.
A Sea of Dirac. The twelfth angel was made up of a Sea of Dirac, which swallowed up Shinji and Eva Unit 01.
Fuyutsuki. Kagi kidnapped Fuyutsuki so he could meet with the rest of SEELE without Gendo Ikari present.
Growing Melons. In two episodes we see Kaji watering melons, and he explains to Shinji that he does it as a hobby.
Zeruel. Zeruel is the fourteenth angel, and is also the angel Unit 01 eats alive. Earlier in that same episode, we see Zeruel tear off Unit 02's arms and head, and tear a hole in the chest and head of Unit 00.
Humans. This one is from 'End of Evangelion'. While in Misato's Renault Alpine, she tells a cowering Shinji that humans are the final angel.
The JSSDF. Asuka wakes up from her coma in Unit 02 at the bottom of the lake, and destroys the entire Japan Strategic Self Defense Force (JSSDF) in her Eva.
three and a half minutes. When Asuka's power cable is severed she has five minutes, HOWEVER, she battles the remaining JSSDF forces, THEN has three and a half minutes to battle the Eva Series.
A bunch of Rei's. All Aoba sees before he turns to LCL is a group of Rei's. Hyuuga is kissed by Misato, Maya is kissed by Ritsuko, and Fuyutsuki is kissed by Yui before the three of them in turn change to LCL.

God. The symbol consists of 10.5 spheres called sephiroths and 32 paths connecting them. The more you move through the sephiroths the closer you get to God. Gendo sits under the sephiroth Kether, the highest sephiroth known as the Crown of God. It also appeares when Shinji and the 9 Mass-Production EVAs form a giant Tree of Life in the sky. Shinji sits on the sephiroth Tiphereth in the center of the tree, where God begins to manifest and the ritual of crucifiction begins.
