      Tonberry King. In Centra Ruins, you must defeat several Tonberrys until the Tonberry King appears. Once you beat him, he will join you in battle.

      Edea. On Disk 2 when you fight Edea in Galbadia Garden, you can draw this GF from her. There are no GFs you can draw from Seifer or X-ATM092 but you can draw Leviathan from NORG in Disk 2.

      Holy water. Come on! It's in the manual! Luckily, Curse isn't that common anyway - watch out for the Maelstrom attack inflicted by Edea and Ultimecia, which will set you back a Curse status change! The Treatment ability can fix you up easily though, as well as Holy Water....

      Cid. Poor, poor neglected Cid. Biggs appears on the Biggs, Wedge card; Fujin appears on the Fujin, Rajin card; and Kiros has his own card. Cid, however, does carry the Seifer card so be sure to get it!

      Tonberry . Odin was such a ripoff - he only came when I DIDN'T need him! Tonberry's cool though, I love that doink attack. For those who don't already know, bump off 20 tonberries in the lower section of the tower for Tonberry King to appear! Apparently, you can safely leave the tower, save and return with your Tonberry tally intact, so that makes life easier at least, hey?

      Marlboro . I have to say, FF7's Malboro was definitely more annoying so maybe there's something to be thankful about....? *Yeah right* Easiest way to deal with these babies? Degenerate them to the darkest hells! :D Find them most commonly on the Island Closest to Hell or even the Island Closest to Heaven; alternately seek them out in the Grandidi forest and occasionally you might meet one in the desert of Esthar!

      Mystery Fluid. Malboro tentacles teach Quistis the ever famous move, Bad Breath. Coral fragment will teach her Electrocute while the acidic liquid does not exist.

      Winhill. Galbadia is the Garden that Edea controls, which you fight on the second disk. Trabia is the one where Selphie transferred from, and is hit by missles. Balamb is the one where Squall, Zell, Seifer, and Quistis all start at.

      Leviathan. To obtain Leviathan you will need to draw during the boss battle with NORG. His element is water and his attack is Tsunami.

      Doomtrain. To obtain Doomtrain find the Solomon Ring at Tear's Point in Esthar. After that gather six of the following items : Malboro Tentacle, Remedy+, and Steel Pipes. After collecting these items, use the ring. Doomtrain will accept the items and join your group.

      Odin. to get Odin get inside the Centra Ruins, find and defeat Odin. Once you do, he will join your party. Odin is not a Guardian Force that you can control. He will randomly appear during the start of some battles. Odin will appear roughly in one out of every ten (non boss) battles and instantly destroy the enemies on the field by slicing them in half with his Zantetsuken.

      Bahamut. Once you've gained the Ragnarok, you can travel to the Deep Sea. You can obtain Bahamut by going to the Research Center on the southwest corner of the world map. Once inside, you'll be able to answer Bahamut's questions. If you answer them correctly, you will be able to fight him. If you win, he will join your party.

      Ifrit. To obtain Ifrit go to the Fire Cavern. He will join your party after you defeat him. His element is fire and his starting HP is 305. Also Ifrit will give you an early chance to have HP-J.

      Diablos. To obtain Diablos talk with Cid before leaving towards Timber and he will hand over a Magical Lamp. Go to the inventory screen and use the lamp to be teleported to a battle with Diablos. If you defeat him, he will join your party. He has no element and his starting HP is 730.

      Cerberus. To obtain Cerberus you must Challenge him while you're in the main hall inside of Galbadia Garden. If you defeat him, he will join your party. Cerberus has no element but it can cast Double and Triple and his attack is Counter Rockets.

      The Brothers . The Brothers can be found and obtained in the Tomb of the Unknown King. You will face a two stage boss fight, one of the Brothers by himself, and then both together. When you defeat them they will join your party. Their element is earth and their attack is Brotherly Love.

      Alexander. You obtain Alexander you will need to draw during the boss battle with Edea inside Galbadia Garden. His Element is Holy and his attack is Holy Judgement.

      Eden. Eden ROCKS! And that Devour is pretty damn funny.... eat HEARTILLY for added status points! Um, yes, that was a pun. XD Draw Eden from Ultima Weapon in the Deep Sea Research Centre, or you could always draw Eden from Tiamat in Ultemecia's castle on disc four.

      Ramuh. Ramuh was removed in this game, for Quezacotl. Shiva is one of the two you receive in the beginning. Eden you can draw from Ultima Weapon in battle. Odin is a sidequest, and can be helpful, even though you don't control when he is used.

      Siren. At the top of Dollet's tower,of course.

      Carbuncle. You should surely draw Carbuncle! He comes in very handy in the next boss fight against Edea. To win the fight easily, have the person junctioned to Carbuncle repeatedly cast reflect. Edea will waste three turns in a row dispelling the reflect, leaving her wide open to the other party members' attacks!

    Which GF can use 4 seperate attacks? "Final Fantasy VIII" GFs (E.Grievous)

      Gilgamesh. During disc three, if you have already gained Odin, Gilgamesh will begin to appear randomly. Just Like Odin, you will not be able to control him. Gilgamesh is not restricted to showing up at the start of a battle, and he can appear during boss fights. Gilgamesh will use a separate attack based on which of his four weapons he decides to use.

      Siren. It was hell getting this card - I just CANNOT manipulate the Plus rule to save my life! (In case anyone's wondering, the bloke I'm referring to is the guy on the second level of the Timber pub who asks you "Wanna start?")You can only get the Siren card after you've beaten the guy and he's let you into his private room!
