Answer: "Downtown" by Petula Clark

While watching this episode, you will notice that the popular song, "Downtown" by Petula Clark, is played many times. In a previous episode of the series called "A Tale of Two Cities", the same song was also played for the entire episode. "Everyday" by Buddy Holly was played in an episode during season four of "Lost."

Answer: Ben Linus

The episode began with Jack, Kate, Sayid, and Juliet going back to the beach and it was that night that Jack decided to speak to Kate. He mentioned to her a deal he made, with Ben, and Kate was upset over the deal that Jack had made with Ben. Elsewhere, Sayid attempted to interrogate Juliet but Jack interrupted him and started to defend Juliet.

Answer: Brett Cullen

Cullen, born on August 26th, 1956 in Houston, Texas played Goodwin Stanhope in this episode. For the first five seasons, Cullen appeared in a total of four episodes for the show. Cullen has also guest starred on the TV series', "Private Practice", "Ugly Betty", and "The West Wing."

Answer: Charlie Pace

When the episode began, Claire's baby boy, Aaron, was crying so Charlie was nearby so he woke up Claire to have her tend to baby Aaron. Claire told Charlie that she was feeling ill so she asked if he would take care of Aaron and Charlie said he would. Throughout the episode, Charlie spent time, with Aaron, looking after him while Claire recovered from people ill.

Answer: James "Sawyer" Ford

Jack, Kate, and Sayid made their return, to the beach, and the first one to see them make their return was Sawyer. Sawyer was happy to see his friends return but he also told all three of them that he was not pleased in how Juliet made her way to the beach as well. Hurley spoke to Juliet and she assumed that he was sent to spy on her.

Answer: William Mapother

Mapother, born on April 17th, 1965 in Louisville, Kentucky played Ethan Rom in this episode of "Lost." For the first five episodes of the series, he appeared in a total of ten episodes. In this episode, Ethan wound up dead so it was the last appearance made by Mapother of an alive Ethan. Mapother also guest starred on the TV series', "Prison Break", "Criminal Minds", and "Crossing Jordan."

Answer: John Locke

It was nighttime and Jack and the other Oceanic Flight 815 survivors were gathered, at the beach, and Jack stated that he trusted Juliet and nobody had any reason to doubt her. Sayid disagreed and felt that Juliet posed a threat to them. Jack mentioned that John Locke had blown up a submarine so it was more difficult to trust him than Juliet.

Answer: Claire Littleton

Right after Jack mentioned that Locke had blown up a submarine, Claire collapsed and blood was seen coming out of her face. After Juliet saw this, she took Jack and Kate aside and told them that she was the reason for Claire being ill. Juliet explained that she gave Claire some medicine that her immune system had rejected and the medicine was intended to keep Claire alive while being pregnant.

Answer: James "Sawyer" Ford

Juliet mentioned, to both Jack and Kate, that there was a serum, somewhere in the jungle, that could help Claire recover from her illness and she was going out into the jungle to look for it. While she was looking for it, she noticed that both Sayid and Sawyer were following her and she had found the serum. Sayid and Sawyer wanted answers but she asserted there was not much time, to help Claire, so she went back to the beach and gave Jack the serum for Claire.

Answer: Her sister

We saw Juliet in flashbacks, in this episode, and it was in the flashback that we saw her at an airport with her sister. At the airport, both Richard Alpert and Ethan Rom saw her and her sister and they escorted both the women towards the plane. Eventually, Juliet had to say goodbye, to her sister, since she was boarding a plane while her sister was seeing off.
