He is referred to as the Qwark fanboy since you have to get him a Qwark figurine from the Plumber. In the game, he already seems to know Ratchet and Clank after they shamed Qwark in the first game.

2. What is the name of the strongest enemy (not the boss) in the game?

Answer: tank

Tanks move very slowly but they drive right over any barriers. After a tank goes through your walls, you have a few seconds to stop the tank from blowing up your base.

3. What was Zurgo disguised as inside the Starship Phoenix II?

Answer: The Plumber

When you receive a distress call from the Plumber you go to help him and Ratchet asks if he was just at the Phoenix. Then the Plumber says, "What's a Phoenix?" Ratchet, Clank and Qwark go back to the Phoenix II and find out that Zurgo disguised himself as Qwark then told Galactic Authorities his plan. He tried to frame Qwark.
