My favorite actor is Sidney Poitier. I have read his biography "Measure of a Man," which tells of his family's arrival in Florida and how he tried to obtain acting roles, but was told that he needed to learn how to speak first. Poitier is probably best remembered for portraying Mark Thackerary in "To Sir, With Love." Everytime this movie is on I watch it. Sidney is mesmerizing as Thackerary and how he teaches his students, even though they make his life hell on wheels, and how he finally wins their approval and friendship. It also shows how he teaches them to love their selves and to respect each other and how anything and everything in life can be yours if you try and want it bad enough.

My favorite Actors/Actresses are Viggo Mortenson, Orlando Bloom, Elijah Wooods, Billy Boyd, Sean Austen, Sean Bean, Liv Tyler, Miranda Otto, and EVERYONE IN LOTR! My FAVORITE actor is Orlando Bloom without question! Hi my name is Freakazoid3. I don't care what it is you say, because you are wrong if you don't agree with me. Orlando Bloom is married, and he can't even do his own complex stunts so if you like him, no worries, i HATE him with a PASSION! No, no not Orlando Bloom. Sean Astin is Very cute, especially in The Lord of the Rings and in The Goonies, but the GREATEST actor in the world is Viggo Mortensen. "Who is he?" do you ask? Well, he is the divorced actor to Exene Cervenka, and the father to Henry Mortensen who is 16 years young (hea, look at that, he's my age!). Viggo is a published poet, painter, photogropher, writer, and much more. Viggo divorced Ecene in 1997 (and I don't blame him after seeing a picture), but still manages to be a wonderful father, and hard working actor. The only reason that he went to film L.O.T.R. last minute was because his son told him it was the chance of the lifetime! Otherwise, Viggo would have spent the 3 years that Peter Jackson spent filming L.O.T.R. with his son, Henry. I'll let you all do the math to find out the year Viggo was born, but his son is 16, it is the year 2004, and Viggo is about 29 years older than both me, and his son. Freak... Just because you do not like a certain celebrity, in this case it is Orlando Bloom, that is no reason to blast out how much you think he is a terrible actor. What you should have done was to not even mention his name, since he is not your favorite, but rather just mention Viggo. And also, Viggo was born in October of 1958. ---------- Agnes (JTJ) P.S. John Stamos. i love john stamos! why, because he is handsome. he is greek, (which isn't really a good reason though). He is yes a little old 4 me. my friends think i am crazy. but he is also on fullhouse. my most favorite show in the world! i watch it at 3:30pm, back-to-back at 6:00 pm, back-toback at 9:00pm, everyday, and occaisonally at 5:00am (back-to-back) he is a wonderful gorgeous actor of whom i wish to someday meet.
