Batman
Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale. This was just one of the many collaborations by this duo. They worked on "Batman: Dark Victory", which was a follow-up to "The Long Halloween", and also worked on other famous comic icons, e.g. Superman and Spiderman.
Harvey Dent. Dent was just putting some extra hours in at the office; unfortunately he got caught and got quite the beating for it!
money. None of the banks in Gotham would hold Falcone's money, so he resorted to storing all of it in a warehouse. When Batman received a tip from Catwoman on this, him and Dent went down there to hit Falcone where it would hurt, and they set the warehouse ablaze.
Johnny Viti. Johnny was just trying to have a relaxing bath when Holiday struck; he shot him, left his gun, and left a pumpkin.
Solomon Grundy. Batman and Mickey quickly found out that Gotham's sewers had more than just rats in it!

Valentine's Day. They opted for the warm interior of a car instead of the cold exterior of the sidewalk to guard Maroni's. This proved to be a bad choice when they were gunned down and blown up by an excellent shot to the gas tank.
a rose. How did Poison Ivy set her spell? She set it when she sold the rose that was purchased by Selina and given to Bruce. Its thorns were laced in poison and it would give Ivy control over him.
Falcone. Vincent Falcone visited Thomas late one night for help with his son, Carmine, who was dying of gun shot wounds.
The Scarecrow. When Batman paid a visit at Arkham, the Scarecrow escaped. Batman saw him in the distance on horseback and caught up with him. He quickly found out that this was just a diversion, a real scarecrow, which was sabotaged with the Scarecrow's trademark fumes.
acid. The acid in the flask had a purpose to destroy Dent. Maroni was to throw it onto Dent during the trial, which he did. So it was the end of Harvey Dent, and the beginning of Two-Face.
Alberto Falcone. He gunned down Maroni while Gordon and a guard transferred Maroni from his cell. Little did Alberto know that Gordon received some extra help from Batman; he was disguised as the guard.
Carmine Falcone. Sophia was taken down by Catwoman, and Vernon was a victim of Two-Face, though his second victim.
Ferris 6000. Presumably, The "Carol" Bruce ignores is Carol Ferris, owner of Ferris aircraft, and Hal Jordan's main squeeze.
Lana Lang. At the time this was written, Lana was an anchor for WGBS, so this almost makes sense.
10 years-. Lola hopes that he is enjoying a drink with friends... turns out he is!
Left. Oliver Queen, alias the Green Arrow, has since died with both arms intact. Alas, such is the nature of comics.
Coldbringer. Such a warhead is still only theoretical... or so we've been told.
In the Tunnel of Love. The Tunnel of Love fits in well with the Joker's psychotic love/hate relationship with Batman.
No. "With a devil's strength, he twists... and what's left of his spine goes." Ultimately, he commits suicide.
Abner. The Joker always had a history of comical looking sidekicks that were a lot tougher than they looked.
six. He does it to see how much of Clark survived the Bomb.
They cut off his fingers. Apparently, he is judged not worthy to run a cash register.
Roosevelt knowing about Pearl Harbor and letting it happen. Gordon says that he couldn't judge it... "It was too big." Later, Yendel has the same opinion of Batman.
Dr. Bartholomew Wolper. Ironically, Wolper dies during the Joker's escape from the TV show.
Dr. Herbert Willing. A Nobel prize winning plastic surgeon, no less.
Dr. Ruth Weisenheimer. Meant to parody Dr. Ruth Westheimer, she is killed while delivering her trademark "zex und zex und zex" line.
Half Eleven. Hmmmph. Bloody electronics.

Clayface. Julie was introduced in "Detective" 31, but only appeared a few times after that. She was acting in the remake of a movie, "Death Castle" , that Clayface was out to disrupt. He was killing off the characters in the order they died in the film, and Julie was next in line when Batman stepped in.

She was a professional assassin. Talia was determined to convert Batman to her way of thinking. Both she and her father, Ra's Al Ghul, hoped Batman would marry Talia and succeed Ra's as leader of the League of Assassins.
