Doom Patrol
The "X-Men" has the Professor. What is the nickname of the leader of "The Doom Patrol"? | Doom Patrol
|
The Chief . A great character with an affinity for chocolate.
He engineered the accidents that created the Doom Patrol.. Apparently, The Chief was testing a catastrophe curve theory of his, and now wanted to create some sort of global catastrophe. He does lose the rest of his body at the end of Morrison's run.
Other than being able to teleport to wherever, what is unique about Danny the Street? | Doom Patrol
|
he's a transvestite. All the stores are mainly on the inside, but done up all frilly on the outside.
Hero of the Beach. Ahh, Flex Mentallo and his Mystery Muscle Power. The character was inspired by those ads 'way back when' about the 90 lb. weakling. There's a great scene where, after becoming Flex, his girl is trying to get back in his good books and he totally dismisses her.
Speaking of Flex, what was he trying to do that caused him to become a street person? | Doom Patrol

How long did the negative being have to return to Larry's body? | Doom Patrol

60 seconds. This one is to remind long time readers of the fact that every issue would make mention of the fact that it had to return to his body in 60 seconds or he'd die.

|
Mr. Nobody. While "!" was a part of the BoD, and Madame Rouge and the Brain were part of the Brotherhood of Evil, it was Mr. Nobody who led the BoD into the "Painting that Ate Paris".
Mr. Morden. He was a character that appeared briefly with the Brotherhood of Evil, but was never mentioned or heard from again.
What is of interest about the cover of the "Yankee Doodle" issue? | Doom Patrol
|
It was a cover for a different comic that was never used.. It was originally supposed to be used for an issue of "Showcase #50", but never got used until Grant Morrison decided to use it for the Pentagon storyline. Instead they made "Showcase #50" into a comic version of "Dr. No".
Who is in charge of operating the train that goes into the area of Crazy Jane's psyche "the Underground"? | Doom Patrol
|
driver 8. In this issue we meet the many personalities of Crazy Jane.
Robotman. After he returns in the second incarnation, he seems quite adamant that people should stop referring to him as Robotman, and call him by his real name, Cliff Steele.
Niles Caulder. Doctor Niles Caulder, like Professor Charles Xavier who formed the X-Men, is a paraplegic who is confined to a wheelchair. They are both very intelligent, but where Xavier is bald, Caulder sports a head of hair and a beard!
Athlete. Cliff Steele was an athlete, but he was caught in a car crash and severely injured. His brain was put into that of a robot, and as such he had super strength and a strong body that was hard to damage.
Mento. Mento joined the Doom Patrol specifically to woo Elasti-Girl. Elasti-Girl was once an actress, but now she can adjust her body size to become very tall or very small. Mento derived his mental powers from a special helmet.
In "Teen Titans" #36, which Titans member should have joined the Doom Patrol, according to Niles Caulder? | Who Are The Doom Patrol?

Ability to influence the actions of others. Negative Man is really Larry Trainor, a pilot who was bombarded with radiation and who can have his soul leave his body for 60 seconds at a time, although this limit has not always been constant. He is barely conscious when body and soul are apart, and as such he is defenseless for that time period.
Larry Trainor may be Negative Man, but what other Doom Patrol member was nicknamed "Negative Man"? | Who Are The Doom Patrol?
|
Fast Forward. Fast Forward's real name is Ted Bruder. He could see sixty seconds into the future, the same length of time that Negative Man's soul can be seperated from his body. He was dubbed "Negative Man" because of his less-than-rosy outlook on life.
Vietnam. Tempest was actually Samuel Clay, who discovered that he could fire blasts of energy from his hands while he was serving in Vietnam. A short-term Doom Patrol member,he was murdered by Caulder.
