Dawson, Richard
1932. Born with the name Colin Emm, he experimented with a variety of stage names and eventually changed it to Richard "Dickie" Dawson. He was born on November 20, 1932 in Gosport, England, to the proud parents of Arthur and Josephine Emm.
3 years. He was a boxer and then worked as a waiter. When he was 18, he auditioned for a theatre company and history was made. He loved acting. After awhile, he became a stand-up comedian.
1971. This show aired from 1968 until 1973. Richard was a regular performer from 1971 until 1973.
f. "Family Feud: The E! True Hollywood Story" first aired in the U.S. on July 28, 2002. It told of the ups and downs of all three hosts and of Richard being difficult and extremely demanding.
The English Marilyn Monroe. Although her career started long before Marilyn's, because she had a sexy shape and the blonde hair, she was given this nickname. She has said it herself, "The only sex symbol England produced since Lady Godiva."

girl. Shannon Nicole was born in 1990. Richard proudly showed her off to America on "Family Feud" on numerous occasions.
