      Bret Hart . Born July 2, 1957 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Bret "Hitman" Hart will be remembered as the greatest Canadian wrestler of all time. Not only has he won various championships, but he was a great competitor with skills taught to him by his father, Stu Hart. In April of 2006 Bret Hart was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

    This wrestler is mostly known for being stabbed by then fellow Total Nonstop Action wrestler, Andy Douglas after a fight on September 26, 2004.       Johnny Devine. John Parsonage better known as "Hot Shot" Johnny Devine was born on April 27, 1974, in Merritt, British Columbia. He began training for wrestling in 1997 in the legendary Stu Hart Dungeon. The stabbing incident has put his wrestling career in jeopardy, as the wounds were not completely fixed, which has caused many hernias. Parsonage battles on, however, thus increasing the impact of his wrestling career.

    This Canadian was apart of the World Wrestling Entertainment from 2003 to 2007. He started in the business at age 11, due to his father Emile's influence on the business. This man won two WWE Tag Team Titles in his first four-year job with the World Wrestling Entertainment, one with Sylvan Grenier and one with Kenzo Suzuki.       Rene Dupree . Rene Dupree, Sylvan Grenier, and Rob Conway formed the short-lived tag team called La Resistance. In 2004, Dupree was drafted to "Smackdown" and began his first singles career. He challenged for the United States Title various times, before going back to tag team action. On September 9, 2004, Dupree and Kenzo Suzuki won the WWE Tag Team Titles and then lost them one month later. After that loss, Dupree had a declining career including wrestling on "ECW".       Gail Kim. Gail Kim had a short-lived WWE career, but blossomed in TNA. She won the WWE Women's Title in a Battle Royal in 2003. She lost the title less then a month later, but continued wrestling until she was released on November 2, 2004 by WWE. On September 6, 2005, TNA signed Gail Kim to a contract and on September 8, she made her TNA debut. Since then she has managed America's Most Wanted, a very successful team. At "Bound For Glory" in 2007 Gail Kim became the first ever TNA World Women's Champion, winning another Battle Royal.

    The final Canadian I will mention is a well-known professional wrestling booker. Although he wrestled some between 1999 and 2003, he decided being backstage was right for him. In Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, he managed Team Canada before they disbanded. He is always known for using a Canadian flag or a hockey stick to aide him in matches.
