The jump through the open window was how she originally was supposed to get in the locker room in "The Pilot", according to the DVD commentary, but they couldn't do the stunt, so she broke in instead.

He is too old. His outfit is indeed ugly, all his friends have either left, or have been killed, and Buffy is getting impatient, say bye bye to the vampire.
They "melt" into powder. You have to love the really, really cheesy special effects, the slowly "disappearing" pile of powder, ha ha!
She is never asked. Aw! Poor Willow, I think she needs to make some wiser date choices.
