The restaurant at the link above seems to be
in Fort Worth, Texas. Billy Joel sang about a Mr. Cacciatore's restaurant in Manhattan (New York City) in the lyrics to "Movin' Out":

Sergeant O'Leary is walkin the beat
At night he becomes a bartender
He works at Mister Cacciatores
Down on Sullivan Street
Across from the medical center

Apparently, Mr Cacciatore's was in fact called Napoli Restaurant (on the corner of Sullivan St. and Spring St. in Soho).
