In the 1970s there was a cartoon with a turtle and Mr. Wizard, who would grant the turtle's wish. In the end, the turtle would yell, "Help me, Mr. Wizard!" Mr. Wizard would say, "Trizzle, trazzle." Does anybody remember the name of the turtle and the cartoon?

The turtle's name was Tooter Turtle, and his cartoon of the same name was part of the 60's series 'King Leonardo and His Short Subjects'. It also starred the title character and 'The Hunter'. It was made by Total Television Productions, the same company that brought us 'Underdog'.
