In 1990 Barry Bonds had 52 stolen bases and 33 home runs. I could not find anyone earlier than that nor could I find a site dedicated to the stat.

Incredibly, Ronald Acuña Jr. became the first MLB player to have a 40-70 (it was also the first 40-50 and 40-60) season in 2023 when he finished the regular season with 41 home runs and 73 stolen bases.
