Itasha are normal street vehicles painted, or otherwise decorated, with cartoon characters. (Seems to be an uniquely Japanese thing.)

According to the Wiki page, it has spread to Taiwan, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, the United States, Brazil, Indonesia, and the United Kingdom.
