Wes, I think your answer is correct, but the ratios of men's to women's in your edited comment are incorrect.
If the men's hammer were in fact 9.5 times the weight of the women's, wouldn't it have to weigh 38 kg? Similarly, the men's javelin javelin would have to weigh just about 4 kg to be 6.6 times as heavy as the women's javelin.
