Qin Shi Huang was a Chinese emperor, the first in the Qin dynasty. He was born in 259B.B. and reigned from 221B.C. to 210B.C. He also ruled over a China that was briefly unified. It was during his reign that the terracotta army was created, although construction did continue into his successor's reign.
