I have a copy of "The Skax " which was a good read , about Bigfoots in the Pacific northwest. But I was very interested in any info on a similar-sounding title about a man fleeing potential rape into a cave where he is helped by a floating luminous being. He also aware of other inhabitants, beasts which roared (or more ominously, howled ) and subterranean cataracts. There was a happy ending to a weird story. If I could be informed of the title (the name of the fairy-like helper, but not the Stax! I think I'd die happy!!
