What is the difference between a Welsh harp and an Irish harp?

The irish or celtic harp is much smaller. The Welsh harp looks like a concert harp without the pedals.

You can have Welsh triple harps with three rows of strings but they aren't all like this.

yay ,mibby ,the traditional Welsh harp has 3 rows of strings,wheras the Irish or Gaelic harp has two rows

According to the answer to Q33175 a Welsh harp does have pedals while the Irish one has levers.
According to a quiz here on Welsh culture, the Triple harp with its three rows of parallel strings is a feature unique to the Welsh one.
