Apart from "Eye Level" and "Suicide is Painless" I'm not sure there are any others in the UK chart.
Of course, some number ones have become TV theme songs later, like "Paint It Black" by The Rolling Stones (1966) which was used for the Vietnam War drama "Tour of Duty".

The theme from The Soul Train reached number 1 in April of 1974 under the title of T.S.O.P. by MFSB. The song was specifically written and recorded for the show, but the name doesn't appear on the record due to contractual problems with Don Cornelius (who later admitted it was a mistake not to let them use it).
