Also, 'The Swan of Avon' or 'Sweet Swan of Avon'.

Shakespeare is so called by Ben Jonson because his home was on the Avon. (Brewer's Dictionary of Phrase and Fable)

The actor David Garrick, who excelled in Shakesperean parts at Drury Lane Theatre, London, felt intimate enough to nikname him 'Avonian Willie'. But as others have said 'Bard of Avon' is probably the best known nickname.
