Which US state is mostly surrounded by water?

Hawaii is completely surrounded by water, and is the only US state that is, so I suppose it would have to be the one that is "the mostly" surrounded by water.

If you are looking for the state with the longest coastline, that would be Alaska.

If you are looking for the state that has the largest percentage of its entire border on water, other than Hawaii with 100% percent, that will be a more difficult answer to find.
