If this is a trivia question i have a guess. But if you want to know what the movie is don't think it's me guess. I got this strange hunch about The Fugitive with Harrison Ford. It's just a guess.
Could be that too. But I remember the latter quote from Die Hard 3, Samuel L. Jackson finds Bruce Willis under the Federal Reserve Bank covered with blood, and Bruce Willis says "Yeah, I'm alright, it's not my blood."
Oddly enough this quote was virtually used word for word just now on TV in a Hercule Poirot mystery where he put false blood on the killer's hands, and said 'You're bleeding' to which he received a similar if not identical reply.
"You're bleeding" (you are=you're) is a typical comment or exclamation when seeing blood on someone. The easiest answer, if the person is not actually bleeding, is "It's not my blood" so it can logically pop up in several places independently.
I think you are thinking of a scene toward the end of "I STILL KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER". She says theres a lot of blood but she can't find a wound. He takes her head in his hands and says, "That's because it's not my blood." A delightfully creepy moment.
