Subject: Deep Fried Twinkies! Why?

Posted by: 13LuckyLady

Yes, they exist.

For your tasting pleasure, there are two flavors. They are chocolate and the original golden.

With all the appreciation I can muster for their attempts to recreate the iconic Twinkie, deep frying just...seems...rude!

What's next? Deep fried...wait...I don't want to give anyone ideas about fried food!

Maybe even worse are deep fried snickers. I saw these at the North Ga State Fair.

In Scotland they will deep fry anything. Deep fried Mars Bars are well known but Scotland has a bad record for heart attacks and low average life exepectancy.

At the Illinois State Fair they feature deep-fried butter. A stick of butter that is battered and fried. Finger licking good!

Do they sell the deep fried butter sticks next to the booth that does CPR demonstrations?

Might as well say something, my guess is what ever you were going to say had already been done. I mean they've deep fried butter, ice cream, and kool-aid, and to me those three are the weirdest *and I thought deep-fried Oreos were weird until I heard of those three). Wouldn't be shocked to hear of deep fried ketchup, deep fried mustard, or deep fried mayo at this point. Wouldn't want want to try any of them (especially the mayo), but someone has probably done them already.
