My favorite would have to be Rocky Horror Picture Show. The combination of rock and roll, sci-fi, camp, humor, and sex is HARD to BEAT! Reply #1. Apr 25 11, 7:17 PM |

I don't care much for musicals. I can enjoy "Cry Baby" and "Hairspray" (the original) is bearable. I really love "Grease 2"; the original is classic; part 2, not so much, but I've seen it hundreds of times and I love it. Reply #4. Apr 26 11, 2:23 PM |

I quite liked Hair and Jesus Christ Superstar. But I don´t care much for musicals. Honestly, imagine you are talking to someone and, all of a sudden, they start singing and dancing:) Mental, aren´t they? Reply #7. Apr 27 11, 1:43 PM |

Jolana, I burst out singing sometimes, just as I often speak in lines of poetry. It's the curse of a good memory. :) Reply #8. Apr 27 11, 3:52 PM |

I'm a huge fan of Grease and Rent. I also recently saw Wicked, which was awesome. Next week, I'm portraying Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Les Miserables is also another one of my favorites. Reply #9. May 06 11, 12:29 PM |

I've spent a goodly portion of my life appearing in musicals, both as an amateur and a pro. My favourite musicals are 'Fiddler on the Roof' (I played Grandma Tzeitel in that one), 'A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum' (Domina), 'Oliver!' (Charlotte Sowerberry), 'Salad Days' (Rowena), 'The Boy Friend' (Dulcie), 'Oklahoma!' (Ado Annie). Reply #11. May 14 11, 6:37 PM |

I prefer musicals on stage, rather than in movies. Of those I've seen on stage, my favorite is 'Shenandoah'. For current stage musicals, I enjoyed 'Wicked' and 'Phantom'. Reply #15. Jul 01 11, 6:58 PM |
